Thank you to the members of the Rocky Point Fire Department and the Sound Beach Fire Department for visiting Frank J. Carasiti Elementary School  to recognize National Fire Prevention Week (Oct. 6-12).

The volunteer firefighters presented a fire safety and prevention tips assembly for kindergartners followed by classes visiting the trucks, ambulances and checking out the equipment and life-saving tools used by firefighters.
