RPHS Junior Trinity Parisey Showcases Artwork at Congressional Art Contest Reception

Rocky Point High School junior Trinity Parisey proudly attended an art opening for the Congressional Art Contest hosted by Congressman Nick LaLota at the Hauppauge District Office on April 29.
This year’s contest theme paid tribute to servicemen and women as well as first responders. Trinity’s heartfelt submission – a painting of her father during his time in the U.S. Marine Corps – stood out as a deeply personal and moving tribute to those who serve.
Trinity was accompanied by her proud parents and art teacher Mr. Gregory Armine, who has supported and mentored her through her artistic journey.
Congressman LaLota hosted the reception to honor students across New York’s First Congressional District whose works were on display and to announce the winner of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition. The event served as both a celebration of young artistic talent and a recognition of the bravery and sacrifice of those in uniform.
“We are incredibly proud of Trinity and the meaningful work she created,” said Mr. Armine. “Her painting is a testament not only to her talent, but also to the personal connection and gratitude she feels toward those who serve.”
