Rocky Point Middle School recently added a new game room adjacent to the school library, providing students with a welcoming space to connect, unwind and build positive relationships during recess.
 
While the game room offers students an opportunity to enjoy games and have fun, its purpose extends beyond recreation. The space provides a structured environment where students can strengthen relationships with their peers, practice social-emotional skills and experience positive reinforcement.
 
Whether working together on a game, interacting with a teacher outside of the classroom, encouraging a classmate or simply enjoying time with friends, these small moments help students feel more connected to their school!
