Rocky Point School District has been named a Special Olympics New York Unified Champion School recognizing the district’s commitment to inclusion, respect and teamwork.

Students from Rocky Point High School recently joined environmental innovator Rob Vasiluth and his company, SAVE Environmental, in efforts to restore native eelgrass along Long Island’s shoreline.
