This year, Rocky Point proudly celebrates two members of our school community who have devoted decades of service to our district.

JAE kicked off Thanksgiving week with its annual Peace Pole Celebration, bringing together students, staff and community members for an afternoon filled with unity, gratitude and kindness.

The Rocky Point High School Marching Band, led by Marching Band Director Amy Schecher and Assistant Marching Band Director Vincent Ragona, performed in the 2025 Newsday Marching Band Festival.

Throughout October, the Rocky Point School District came together to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Mrs. Vieira and Mrs. Celentano's students explored how animals blend into their surroundings to survive, then used their creativity to design their own camouflage-inspired art pieces.

Several Rocky Point High School music students have been selected for state and county honors.
