Visits to classrooms, the main office, the library, the cafeteria, nurse’s office, gymnasium, FACS rooms and more were on the itinerary for Joseph A. Edgar Intermediate School fifth graders when they visited Rocky Point Middle School for the start of the traditional transition to the sixth grade on May 16.
Members of Rocky Point Middle School’s National Junior Honor Society led the small tour groups and encouraged questions from the younger students. The fifth graders started the day with an assembly and greetings from Principal Dawn Meyers before their trek around the school.
