Rocky Point Middle School students in Mr. Robert Ciaccio’s Exploring the World of Construction Technologies course have a vast array of learning tools and machines at hand along with an understanding of practical applications of concepts learned in core subjects including math and science. Other lessons including business, marketing and teamwork all played a part in a recent project.
A visit to this classroom “company” showcased students in action, collaborating, encouraging one another, all while embracing student-centered learning.
